For this you would be requiring half cup of the Epsom salt, a large bowl and warm water. You should fill the large bowl with the warm water and then add half cup of the Epsom salt. Then stir it around and then submerge the sore joints in the liquid. In case if you are suffering in the less convenient place which could not be soaked like that of knees, then do try to take the bath with the Epsom salt.  Run a full tub of warm water and do add 2 cups of Epsom salt and soak at least for 15 minutes.
